Rust-Oleum Universal Patching Fabric is a professional grade, stitchbonded polyester reinforcement fabric that uniquely combines outstanding physical strength with excellent elongation to accommodate thermal stress movement without tearing. Universal Patching Fabric conforms to irregular surfaces. Ideal for reinforcing both acrylic elastomeric and asphalt emulsion coatings, as well as below grade foundation use. It is resistant to rot and decay for long lasting reinforcement.
