• This convection space heater works on the principle of natural convection. The heater surface will be hot to touch and is safe for adults only but will not burn due to use of non-conducting materials. A momentary touch will not harm anyone but caution to be used if toddlers are present. 90% of the heat transfer occurs by natural convection and only 10% radiant heat from the front surface.
• The Dual model come with Heatguard however. This is a plate that mounts on top of the heater surface so that the user is protected against touching the hot surface.
