How in-home delivery works

​Key In-home Delivery
Prime members in select cities can opt in to in-home delivery. To use in-home delivery, enable it in the Key app, shop on Amazon, and select “FREE in-home delivery” at checkout.

We’ll notify you in the morning on delivery day
Amazon will authorize the delivery and unlock your door. The deliver driver is only granted one-time access and is never given a keypad code.

Monitor & confirm your package was delivered
You have the option to watch the delivery live in the Key app or see a video clip of it later. We’ll notify you once the delivery is complete and your door is re-locked.

You are always in control
On the day of delivery, you always have the option to block access up until the time of delivery and we will deliver to your doorstep instead.

Amazon Key Happiness Guarantee
If an in-home delivery was not completed to your satisfaction, we’ll work with you to correct the problem.
