This Clear Power DCIT-00032P-DC (2-Pack) heavy duty indoor timer has a 24hr repeating cycle with on/off tabs at 30 minute intervals so you can customize several different times where the lights turn on/off during the day for that "lived in" look. It also has 2 GROUNDED outlets so you can control two items - even motorized items like fans with up to a 1/2 HP motor.
