The MAX One also listens for fire or carbon monoxide alarms, and lights up and strobes to help you find your way to safety, while also sounding the alarm to ensure that you are awake. The included built-in battery can be recharged by plugging it directly into a wall, and has a built-in micro-usb port on the back to make charging easy. When the MAX One loses AC power, it lights the front area light so that you aren't left stumbling around in the dark. This nightlight includes a USB port that can be used to charge your phone or other USB device. This USB port can even charge your phone in the event of a power loss.
