The Astro 9419 Memory-Flex Hose Clamp Pliers are built with a new memory-flex cable that stays in the desired shape while in use. It is constructed with re-engineered features such as a larger double gear lock lever, wider and deeper gears, a thicker cable, and a cable length adjusted. This tool allows for the removal of plastic and/or metal self-tightening hose clamps, with diameters of 11/16" through 2-1/2" (18mm - 54mm). The precision clamp on each end of the flexible cable allows for extended reach where other models cannot reach.
