Attach hook to desired area, press lever and pull strap to desired length and release lever, hook other end to desired area; ATV or other, wrap strap around handle and back onto soft loop near cambuckle
Medium Duty Cargo Tie Down with Yellow Polyester Webbing and S-Hooks measures 12' x 1" with a breaking strength of 1,200 lbs. and working load limit of 400 lbs.
