Will my old Plug-in charger (ICHRG24-AC) work with my new battery?
Newer batteries come with smaller entry points for plug-in chargers, we would recommend using the newer charger (24VCHRG-QC) as it'll fit onto all of our 24V series batteries.
Is the battery fully charged?
Before using the unit be sure to charge the battery and ensure all 3 LED lights are turned on when pressing the battery indicator button.
The battery is charged but the unit isn't turning on.
Remove the battery from the unit and examine the prongs and connection on both the battery and the unit to make sure they aren't damaged. Damaged prongs can cause the unit not to start up due to a faulty connection.
Why Isn't my unit turning on?
The unit comes with a safety feature, where the unit will not turn on if the battery is not inserted correctly.
Is my 24V battery compatible with this unit?
All 24V batteries below 5Ah will work with all of our 24/48V units. A different Amp battery will have a different run time depending on the amperage.
Will any battery fit onto my unit?
Yes, any 24V Sun Joe/Snow Joe battery that we offer will fit onto any of our 24/48V unit.
