3X 3/8" Drive Ratchet functions as a standard quick-release ratchet. When holding the multiplier wheel the ratchet will turn 2X in one direction when the hand is thrown forward and then 1X in the same direction as the handle is thrown backwards. The multiplier wheel can also be used to finger turn the fastener at 3X the speed. Save time by using the multiplier wheel to quickly install the fastener until it is snug, the use as a standard ratchet to tighten the rest of the way.
