The T12RS Reciprocating Saw features a high-performance Mabuchi RS-550 motor and precision metal gearing for long life - even when used at high speed and torque. A variable speed of 0-3,400 rpm with 12mm stroke length allows fast sawing through a wide range of materials. Rubber over-molded grips reduce vibration and fatigue and the compact, angled body design makes this tool ideal for sawing and working in confined spaces. The supplied unit-directional blades are suitable for single-handed operation, or bi-directional blades for higher speed two-handed operation can be fitted. Benefits include easy tool-free blade change and a 1/2" universal shank to suit a wide range of saw blades.
