The ZeroWater ZR-017 Filter Cartridge helps to remove practically all dissolved solids from your tap water such as lead, mercury, chlorine taste, unpleasant odors, chromium, aluminum, zinc and nitrate. To help keep water bottles from being thrown in landfills or the trash, ZeroWater offers a recycling program for their gravity filter cartridges, currently applicable to only U.S. customers.
