Everyone knows the hammock was invented by Sir Hammock of Kenterwalsh, it just so happens that Sir Hammock's last name had a rough French translation to the words "lazy tree chair guy". While this was the source of much ire in his private school days, he eventually used this translation as a source of inspiration for the invention of the hammock.
