Good enough

You can't beat the price. the frame is strong and the 1/4 inch bolts are a lot stronger fastener than I have found on some of the other tables I own. I did replace the press board with 3/8 plywood to increase the surface strength. It was a furniture grade board and still only added about ten dollars to the bench. I also found it very easy to assemble I did all the work on another larger table and had it all done in twenty minutes For the low beginning price and the low additional cost of stronger plywood you can't beat this table.

It works but this is a case of you get what you pay for. The instructions are horrible and while I got all the hardware it listed it wasn't enough to put it together as instructed. It comes with 24 nuts, bolts, and washers but the instructions say to use 2 washers per nut and bolt and according to my math that would mean at least 48 washers. This wouldn't have been a big deal if I had realized this before assembling half of it. Then I get to attaching the top and I have no more washers and the screws slip right through the holes. So I have to go buy more hardware to make it work.The stand does have problems with racking but having the bottom shelf in makes it a little better. I might add some cross supports to help stiffen it up later. I will also be getting a wider board for the top but that is just because I am not using it as just a tool stand and don't want a gap for how wide I want it. The height is perfect for my use. I will say the paint finish looks really nice and looks like it will be able to withstand some abuse.
