15' Steel Knock-Down Hammock Stand

This would probably be a great product if only you could assemble it. No tools are required; this should have been a 10 minute project ... but the parts don't fit together. Two of the three poles I received in my package do NOT fit over the posts on the foot bracket, making it impossible to put this together. Tried calling the company, but it's a Sunday and all I could do is leave a message. Now instead of lounging in my hammock this afternoon I've got all these big assembly pieces lying around and I'm facing the prospect of bundling them up to return them for a refund. I am furious! Update, 8/10/12: Contacted manufacturer and explained problem. They arranged to have package picked up, would not send new product until package had arrived at their facility. I had to place another call to get them to send out the new one. It arrived, and assembly seemed to be going better ... until I got to the third pole. I got it partway onto the foot bracket and it stuck -- couldn't get it on, couldn't get it back off. Finally sprayed a buttload of WD40 on it and wrestled it on. I think I should be compensated for all the time and energy I spent trying to install pieces that didn't fit right, but at least my hammock stand is now assembled and holding up my hammock!
