Busted and broken

Initially I was extremely happy with this tool due to its versatility and functionality. That said after two months of use one of jaws broke off the pliers whilst attempting to cut rubber brake line. Whereas I did not FPI prior to use I would have to conclude there was a crack in it from the manufacturer. To worsen the experience I reached out for a warranty claim on 6/21/24(todays date is 7/4/24)and have yet to receive more than the automated response despite multiple email’s awaiting to see if Amazon is even an approved distributor of these products. Just buy the Harbor Freight multi-tool. At least they back their own warranty.
