Better than Tapwater

These filters definitely improve our local tapwater here in S. Nevada, which is awful to drink unfiltered, and you'll pay for it in a few hours. I use this mostly to fill water for my coffee maker. It's good enough for that since it boils anyway. For drinking straight up I still prefer the water from the machine at my grocery store, but then they have a much more advanced filtration system in those machines. Overall it works for me and lasts about a year before the renew light comes on.

I tried this water filter for the frig. I use the cold water feature to fill the coffee pot each morning. Even though I only make a couple cups, it takes what seems like a long time to fill the pot. The water capacity for this filter must be not much. I would not order this a Filter again.
