Origami RR5W 4-Tier Foldable Metal Shelf w/ Wheels

UPDATE 5/11/23: We flipped an email to the company after writing this review along with the pictures. The company came back with this ---> "Thank you for reaching Origami and I'm sorry for the issues with your shelves. We would like to send our sincere apology for the issue and would like to send you a replacement. Kindly send us a copy of the receipt/order and your shipping address so that we can proceed." It has been a couple of weeks but today we received our tracking number on the two replacement shelves. We didn't have to promise gloom and doom to rain down and was rather surprised by their offer (but maybe after a gander at those images they were already onboard.) So, with that we are moving toward being happier with our purchase, plan to up the stars, and remove the recommended "don't buy these" and replace that with proceed with caution. If you get 'a good one' you will be very happy with these. We ordered 2 of these in RED. We were pleased. We came back and ordered 2 in WHITE. We have never been so let down and aggravated/angry over a purchase since we've been on Amazon. BOTH white shelves are COVERED in rust. BOTH shelves are dented and can't be straightened out. There is no way quality control was performed on these shelves. We don't have the boxes so we have no way of sending these back. These are supposed to hold food for display....I wouldn't set my gas can on either of these shelves. These BOTH look like I bought them from a yard sale and not new from a distributor. Shame on you for stealing money from my family.
