Clear instructions tailored toward DIY. Works great and is quiet!

Instructions were very clear and I was able to install this by myself in a couple of hours. My old opener was over twenty years old and I wanted the peace of mind of a new opener with our extreme northern climate and all. So far, so good! Remotes work great, and it is indeed quiet; not as quiet as a belt-drive one, but quiet enough.

Decides to open when I'm not home I guess it has a mind of its own and I know I close it.other than that it would be a great opener I have the exact same one on other door and never had a problem.
