Jim Beam 2-Pack Kabob Grilling Baskets

When you buy a gift on Amazon, you're never really sure what packaging will be like - I've received everything from loose items with no tags, to worn battered gift boxes, to poly bags, and more. These came well packaged for gift giving in retail plastic packaging with nice graphics. The basket is a little smaller than anticipated - too small for a whole, large mushroom cap or cut pieces of cob corn. We have a similar set with larger baskets, which makes them more versatile. Also, one of the clips holding the top basket portion on was loose and had to be crimped to keep the lid from falling off. Other than that, they are very nice. I like the non-stick finish and the handles are smooth and look well made. I'm pleased to be able to give these as a gift for someone who enjoys grilling. As grill gadgets go, they seem "just right" for gifting - not so basic as to be a sure duplicate, but not so obscure that they'll get little use.
