Easy to use and set up

A reviewer said that the device did not come with instructions and another said he thought the maker's website's instructions weren't clear which got me nervous. Before I received the plug, I went to the website and checked out the instructions. Then I got the plug and, to my relief, there was instructions. Both, the website's and the included instructions, were clear. I got the device set up in no time. I even got the days and times for the on and off programmed. Unfortunately, for me, my old ac plug does not fit the 21st century plug. See my pictures. Before I send it back, I will look for an adapter. Okay... an update!! Ordered a plug adapter to connect my 20th century AC to the 21st century controller. Fits perfectly and everything works; as can be seen in the last four photos. I even hit the "manual" to override my 13 presettings (only have 7 left) yp see if it works. It even has a random setting so it can turn "on" "off" like someone was home. Not bad for something that is not even $20!!

Product doesn’t work and customer service is not available

I’ve never done a review before but this product deserves a bad one. First problem I had is it doesn’t fit into any outlet covers for outside use. I checked everyone at the store. Next is the display is too small very hard to read and program. The main issue is that when I was ready to use it I plugged it in and then I plugged in the device and it didn’t work. Would not transfer power to my machine. The machine works great without the timer so we know it is the timer. Now here is the kicker I called the company just to see if maybe I’m missing something and I could only leave a voice mail. I called back 3 more times. Left a message every time because their recording said to. I still have not heard back from them after 4 days. The product is indicative of the company nothing or no one seems to work.
