Bag zipper material ripped with one zip 1st time

I have not used the tool yet however I just opened it tonight I unzipped the bag and closed it and the corner tore already (see pix). All my other plastic hard case dewalt tools still still have not broken. I, like others am disappointed with the soft case. I will contact Dewalt and see if they'll replace it or ship me a new one however, I won't go through all the trouble of sending things back I just don't have the time to deal with it. Will let you know how the tool works. I have a lot of duct work to put in and holes to cut. I'll give Dewalt a chance to make it right.
