Well-made, sturdy lock at a reasonable price

Lock was easy to install (directions however could be better with some text rather than just pictures) and connected very easily with my alarm.com security system via z-wave. I have the IQ Panel 2Plus interface which connected with the lock in a few seconds. Installation and programming together took less than 15 minutes. Excellent build quality and very nice to look at when installed!

Horrible. Defective unit I cannot return.

I have loved Yale products but this one totally screwed me. Battery does not last more than 10 days. The z-wave will not connect to smart things says it is incompatible. The build quality is great but functionally it sucks.
