FIRST SET LASTED 9 YEARS ON COVERED PORCH

We are in FL and have a covered porch with resin wicker furniture. I bought 5 of these for chairs 9 years ago. Even though our porch is covered, we have a lot of blowing rain in storms. They were perfect for us as they were lightweight making them easy to store but kept our furniture dry when needed. They dry fast and never had a problem with mold or mildew. They finally started showing wear. Didn't realize we had them for 9 years until I decided to reorder. What a surprise! I think we got our money's worth!

Wrong quantity shipped, no response from customer service

I ordered a 2-pk of patio chair covers. The package I received had a description of '2 PK', but it contained only one cover. I contacted the manufacturer and reported the problem through their online customer service system, but never received any response back whatsoever. I paid for 2 covers, and I only want them to send the second cover. This is not hard. I am giving a one star review because the company's customer service is the worst!
