DELTA Faucet T13020-SS LAV, Stainless

Amazon performed as promised and delivered this item in 2 days. However, there were a couple of problems with the parts that were not the fault of Amazon. The set screw for the handle was defective and could not be used. The included cartridge was not the correct one and would not work with the shower set that was purchased. The cartridge included was for a 17 series instead of the 13 series that was ordered. I talked with Delta and submitted all of the info and photos that they requested. Delta finally agreed to send me the correct cartridge which I received 5 days later. In hindsight, I should have just sent the entire unit back to Amazon and requested a replacement with the hope that it would all be correct. That would have been much quicker and easier and I wouldn't have had to jump through so many hoops by taking multiple pictures and trading multiple emails with Delta customer service. I am happy with the Delta product but in the future if I need another set, I will probably go to a local home improvement store and personally inspect the package before buying.
