Origami Folding Cart on Wheels

I had high hopes for the table because someone I know has it and it’s really nice. I paid $191.24. When I opened the box, I noticed the top wood was really rough, almost like sandpaper, in multiple places. I don’t know if they didn’t sand it down and finish the top properly or I got a bad table. I boxed it back up and tried to request a replacement but a return and repurchase was the only option. I just got an email that my refund for only $95.61 is being processed. I’ve messaged the seller to ask why I’m only getting a partial refund since I sent it back exactly as it was sent to me. **UPDATE** I received a message from the seller that “The withheld fee will be credited back to your account.” When I asked why it was withheld they didn’t explain and just said sorry for the miscommunication and that I would get a full refund. The second refund they credited back still did not equal the amount I paid. They explained that taxes were refunded by Amazon. Okay, that’s fine but the amounts that was refunded ($89.99 and $84.71) does not equal $179.99. I messaged again saying that I was still owed $5.29 and I got another automated response about the withheld fee being credited back. Overall a very sketchy interaction and I won’t be ordering another one.
