Terrible product - I did not use it and than I tried, it did not work.

Terrible product. terrible support - I did not use it and than I have tried, it did not work. After 2 cuts it died. I have called for support, asking if there is a fuse to reset it or what I can do, but I got nowhere. Just bragging how other customers are happy with the product. It really did not help me at all.
