So Far So Good

I had a tree taken down and needed to split about a cord of wood as result. I didn't feel like breaking out the axe and ruining my back for a week, so this became my best option. 100% completely satisfied customer. Once you and a friend get it out of the box it is much easier to maneuver due to the wheels and the distribution of weight. Read the instructions because you can break it almost as soon as you plug it in if you do not loosen the oil vent before operation. It split everything I threw at it without any problems. I will never chop another piece of wood for as long as I live. And this electric splitter is very quiet compared to even the smallest gasoline splitter.I will update this review if any of the O-rings go on me or if I have any other bad experiences with the splitter.

Managed to split 4-5 pieces before it just stopped working. The motor wouldn't turn over anymore. Was using a heavy gauge extension cord as directed. Hydraulic fluid leaked out of almost every bolt on the thing. Packaged it back up and returned it to amazon within an hour of opening it. Very disappointing.
