Nervous about the quality - especially for outdoor use.

Like others who have reviewed this item, I ordered a dozen bulbs and one was broken in the carton, but the carton itself was in good shape. I went online to get a replacement for this one bulb, but only had the option to return 'the order' which was a dozen bulbs. I called Amazon and they told me they were sending a dozen bulbs and that I didn't need to return anything. Now that's service exceeding expectations - what I call Customer Delight. I'm the author of the customer service book "Negotiate Anything! where we conducted a 30-year longitudinal study of customer service in the U.S. I'm hoping I can find a high quality LED light to fit the socket - one where I don't have to worry about the filament breaking. I don't want something 'bright' or that looks high tech. That is why I choose this bulb in the first place.
