This is an awesome faucet. We love it. Great design, Works very well. Easy to install. It's actually cooler in person than in the pictures.

Unhappy with quality and customer service

I bought two of these exact faucets for my master bathroom in my brand new house. Within 2 weeks of purchasing the product, the finish started to wear off. All of my bathroom faucets and vessels that I purchased for my home were purchased from this company. I am extremely unsatisfied with the quality, the company's customer service, and the overall experience for the amount of money I spent. I am in the process of looking for new faucets and new vessels for a home I just finished building 3 months ago. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality and the company's customer service. The other waterfall faucet I bought from this company constantly leaks, and the day I moved in, the vessels have had scratches that the company is unwilling to fix or replace. I will admit that this company's products have a unique and modern look, but the quality isn't what you expect for the amount of money.
