Lifetime 50 Gallon Compost Tumbler

I'm a pretty handy individual. I've put together countless pieces of Ikea furniture and other household items without any fuss. Typically, I enjoy building and putting things together. But this compost bin was HORRIBLE. The fact that there are 35 pages of instructions should have been my first clue. It took me 2 days to assemble (spending about 2-3 hours on it each day), and I obviously missed something because I have a few parts leftover and the top doesn't quite close. After finishing each step of the assembly process, I would think, "Well, I'm glad that step is over. This can only get easier, right?" Wrong. It just kept getting harder. I also wondered why there was a picture of safety goggles on every page under the required tools section. I finally figured out that the safety goggles are to protect you from stabbing out your own eyeballs in frustration. Although this bin looks super cool, and should work well in theory, the ridiculous assembly process is not worth it.
