I ordered 2. Not plastic. Has a feel of weight and quality. Looks great and easy to install. One of the finials arrived with the screw cocked to the side. I contacted the manufacturer via the email provided through Amazon help. The response was very quick. I had a replacement finial in just a few days. Really nice attitude in the email.

Thin and cheap

I bought 2 sizes: 26-48" and 48-86". For the smaller size the thin bar might have been ok but it's so cheaply made that it sags in the middle. Fortunately my boyfriend is handy and was able to put a screw in there to make it look a little better but it's hanging on by a thread. The large one just looks too tiny for my large window. I like the color and it was very easy to install but the bar itself is just so thing. Shame on me for not looking at the dimensions and realizing how tiny that really was. If we hadn't already drilled holes, etc. I would've just returned them and got nicer ones.
