Excellent product, excellent value, excellent US company. Made in China. The conductor with ribs on the insulation is the neutral, the one with the wire size and characteristics markings is the hot leg. The grounding conductor is green. This is in compliance with UL, NEC, NEMA and other governing authorities.

Junk. Neutral and hot wires are not marked or colored. I don't plan on guessing. Into the garbage can it goes.
