Komelon Speed Cut Pro Curved Pruning Saw, 13-Inch

This is as sharp as a Corona, and seems to hold an edge as good. The blade it a bit thinner which makes it actually cut faster, but also allows for more flex in the blade. What I really like is the sheath, the best I have seen as far as for practical use. It holds the saw securely while still allowing for easy access. You are well protected from the teeth when in the sheath, and you can insert/remove the saw without needing to have your hand near the teeth. Also (and this is IMO the best part) the sheath connects to the belt loop with a quick connect, which has proven to be sturdier than it looks. You put the loop on your belt, and when you head out to the yard, you clip the sheath to it. Need to kneel down and do some work? No problem, in 2 seconds you can unclip the saw/sheath from the belt loop and not have it in your way. Ready to head out to do more pruning? No problem, another 2 seconds and it re connects with a 'click' so you know it's locked in. The saw itself is also very, very good. Stays sharp and cuts well in both green and dry wood. It has just the right amount of curve for fast sawing and sawdust removal. Straight blade saws work best when 'rocked' just a little to aid sawdust/chip removal from the kerf. This has just the right amount of curve, all you have to do is pull the saw back and forth. An excellent saw for the price.
