Great watering can. Unlike plastic, know it will hold up. The finish has bleached quite a bit so now a nice pale yellow. The top handle is not super strong but if you take care you won't bend it. Highly recommended. Update: Two years later still doing a terrific job. Since it sits in the sun now very pale, almost white and looks great. Setting down on concrete has worn some paint off the bottom edge but zero rust. Looks galvanized under the paint. Would buy another but don't need to! Outstanding value.

Please read before buying

The first one I bought was broken where the spout connected to the can, so it did not function. I ordered a replacement on Amazon which was in good shape on arrival. I've used it in my garden for about 2 months, and it's sufficient for a low-cost watering can. The yellow looks great in the garden. However, be VERY careful when you fill it up with water. The construction is very cheap, so if you fill it up more than half-way and try to pick it up by the side-handle (which you would do to pour on your plants), that handle will just bend. It's made from very cheap metal. Furthermore, do not EVER pick it up by the little brace piece that connects the can and the spout. If it has any water in at all, that piece will snap off. Amazon prices change often. If the price is $5 and you just need a usable watering can, this might be alright. However, I highly recommend you avoid this watering can altogether and buy something more durable. I'm trying to make mine last for this season, but I know I'll have to buy a new one soon since this is falling apart.
