WORX WA3740 Lithium Battery Charger Re

My original charger died and this one works flawlessly it even has a flashing green light to indicate charging and a solid green once it's completed. It also would be red in case the battery has insufficient capacity or not able to take a charge. The original charger only had a green solid light indicating it was plugged in and the light was on the plug not on the adapter that fits onto the battery. A definite improvement. I recommend it. Some transformer type plugs (as in cell phones) indicate that they work on 110v 60 HZ and 220v 50 hertz this one only indicates110v 60 HZ so I use a step down transformer (not taking any chances) because I have 220 volts only. ((((Nothing to do with this specific product but it is relative to the discussion)))) (((Even though I purchased LED light bulbs in USA and plugged them in to the sockets here in Peru and they have lasted over 2 years even though the packaging indicated they were for 110v 60 hertz)))
