Great Price....Great Product!
By Yomahomie03 on Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2015
I originally bought the 1600psi model from Lowes for $99, but after some research ad shopping I noticed this model selling for $119. Plus this model came with the extra tips, reel for the pressure hose, clip to hold the gun, built in soap jug, and a "hook" to hang the cable in the back. The big store 1600psi model came with the 45, turbo tip, a detached soap bottle and that's it. No storage features and no extras really so it was a no brainer to return that one and purchase this 1950psi model. I honestly think that the $119 price point was a misprint considering the model under this one cost more than that.I have the big store 1600 model and a gas 2600psi 2.3gpm model to compare this model too. To start off it is noticeably more powerful with the 1600 model and really gives the 2600 gas model a run for it's money. The gas model seemed to be overkill. Where this model does the job done just as easy, using less water, and easier to handle. I also didn't have to stop every 30 minutes or so to fill it up with gas. Since it's fairly compact it's a lot easier to store than the larger gas one.I bought this model to power wash the house and wash the cars and it gets the job done no problem. The 25 degree tip provides plenty of power. The system seems to be great quality and design. The storage options really make it simple and clean when cleaning up and stowing it away. I read a lot of reviews on the 1702 model sold on amazon as well because there weren't very many reviews on this particular model. Even though the models look the same they are not. One of the main complaints is that you have to unravel it all of the way out just to hook it up and have to unhook one end when you store it. This one it doesn't have the front hook up because it's installed internally (kind of) meaning that you just hook up the end at the gun and spray (I love this feature). I can leave the system hooked up while it's stored. Seems like this model has the answers to the complaints of the 1702 model. My only complaint is that it could use better storage for the cable. Maybe like the vacuum wrap around hooks. But I easily manage the way it is but it would help a lot. I can go on for days. I highly recommend this product if you are looking into an electrical pressure washer or a pressure washer in general.Update....So, I have been using this thing ever since I bought it. So, far I have used it for pressure washing the siding on my house, cars, motorcycles, and concrete patios/porch and it has performed flawlessly. After power washing my patios I did almost consider buying the surface cleaner because it would have been worlds faster. Not that the machine didn't have enough pressure but because it was just a big surface to clean. It did...however, clean the surfaces pretty well. Now I have the cleanest concrete walkway and porch on the block. What I like about this particular model vs. other brands is the fact that the components of the sprayer are very similar to any gas pressure washer ie...wand, gun and tips. Makes it simple for replacement parts or extra tips. Where as some of the other brands have there own tips. Oh....and this thing has enough pressure to cut up the back of your hand (speaking from experience. Not my proudest moment) I will try to upload some pics of what this thing can do soon. I don't give 5 stars often.

Bad internal leak on 1st. Broken handle on 2nd.
By Jason on Reviewed in the United States on February 18, 2017
Got everything set up the way the instruction manual said to. Turned on the water and noticed it started leaking from the bottom of the unit somewhere. Thought it might be a temp thing so I pulled the power washer handle to let the air out and no water came out. So I turned on the unit and it continued leaking. As of now I am sending it back for a replacement. Really upsetting as it got here just in time for a nice weekend and now I can't even use it to wash. Didn't want to disablement as it has tamper stickers so I'm not sure what is leaking. I called the customer service number for Greenworks and they are only open from Mon to Thur. I really didn't want to wait four more days to try and solve the issue. Rather get the replacement process started as soon as I can. Will update if I get a better replacement unit.Update 2-22-17.I received my replacement part from Amazon today. I opened the package and found that my handle is broken... I believe this came from the manufacturer and not from Amazon shipping. Amazon put the power washer inside the original box and then inside another box with paper packaging to cushion it. As I've seen plenty of other users with broken handles from the factory I guess I have the same fate. I'm sure the shipping process didn't help, but with so many complaints of defective handles I'd think the manufacturer would find another way to strengthen their handle, but I guess not. At this point I am very disappointing in GreenWorks products. I really don't want to send this unit back for a third replacement because then I risk another possible issue. I guess I will just duct tape the handle back together and have it look like trash anytime anyone sees it. Otherwise the power washer works great. No leaks or issues with it. Just have to make sure the water is turned way up or too much air will enter the system and continually shut the motor off.
