My family loves our new dual shower heads.

My family is very happy with our new dual shower heads. I installed it myself in about 15 minutes, but most of that time was spent finding our needle nose plyers to pick out the water saver device that I managed to push further into the main shower head. The installation was very easy. I was pleased that they had sent some teflon tape and an additional spacing washer and did use both. The shower heads feel somewhat lightweight - plastic, but chromed nicely and seems really sturdy once installed. The whole setup is very adjustable. The main head swivels on its base to point it right, left, up and down about 30° and the handheld attachment rotates up and down. It is possible to install the pivot upside down which would cause the handheld not to be held firmly. It is slightly wider on the top of its opening than on the bottom, so this may account for some reviews stating that their handheld moved around. This is explained in the very easy to follow installation instructions. My husband and sons are 6'+ and I am 5'2" and this combination works well for all of us because they can easily rotate the handheld up. It decreases the intensity of water flow somewhat when you use both heads at once as would be expected. Especially considering the low price <$30, we are very happy with this product.

Nice but NOT New
By Customer on Reviewed in the United States on September 26, 2019
I bought this for the review on the pressure. I haven't installed it yet. And I will probably keep it since it's a bargain for the price. Also I don't want to wait for a replacement and it will most likely get scratched as we use it anyway.. The held handle is very light and the hose is very flexible. I attached the hose to the handle with the washer provided. Seems very simple and straight forward to install. Problem #1 the hand held is nicked & has a noticeable scratch on it. It's obviously not a brand new product. If it is new it was opened & dented.Problem #2 the coupler to attach it to the spout is plastic & very cheap looking. Luckily I bought my own solid brass inverter because I'm adding a slide bar from speakmam that is also a grab bar that has a holder for the hand held. I'll let u know how the pressure is as soon as I have time to install it. For $28 I don't expect this shower head and hand held to last forever. UPDATED 11/4/19 The Pressure on the handheld is fantastic! The Pressure on the shower head is good but for some reason not quite as powerful as the handheld. (maybe the hose is narrower and increases pressure?) We are enjoying this set and it looks nice. The hose is long enough to reach the back of the tub for cleaning but just short enough that the handle doesn't hit the floor of the tub. This is a great set for an elderly person to use.
