Lifesaver

What a little handy thing. Small enough to slip into a bag or glove box, effortless enough to use when you really need it. Bought this for my 06 Dodge Grand Caravan and I’ve had to use it a few times over the winter now. Has yet to let me down. Uses USB C charging which is very convenient, and has enough charge to jump my van several times before needing to be charged. Battery lights are easy to read and bright. It also has accessory LED lights to see under the hood at night which is very helpful. I would say this is a great value for the money, as it works without issue any time you use it. The battery is cased in hard plastic which seems durable enough, and the battery jump cables are sturdy with good quality hinges. I just wish the jump cables were slightly longer. Packaging included the battery itself, the jumper cable connector, a USB C to C cable and a carrying sachet, and an instruction manual.

Kind of disappointing

I had a NOCO boost a few years ago and it was the only one that would work on my larger engine/battery vehicle. That one worked great but it was on of the super expensive versions. I figured this one would also be good for the rated vehicle. Had a dead battery that my cheap $10-20 starter from China has just managed fine the past, but I lost the cables for it. Instructions say not to use it more than 5 times in 15 minutes, well, it never got to that because it promptly died and so did the car (after getting enough power for the dash to come on.) I also want to add that out the box, it came half charged which is obviously normal, but it charged to full very quickly. What I'm trying to say is that the total battery in this thing can't be that big which is a bummer. It also feels lighter than my cheap one from China. It's basically behaving the same way all jumpers did for my larger battery vehicle, and of course getting a real jump works so its not the car (I was just trying to avoid that.) So I guess if you're going to go for the good brand for $100, you might as well either go for the cheaper no name brands, or spend like $300-$1000 and get the actual good ones, like sure this will probably work if you need a minor boost and just have it with you just in case and never actually use it.
