Very pleased. Wanted to try a bidet for a long time and researched until I found this one. The heated water is worth it. I don't like being shocked with frigid water. I ended up taking off the lid because it was too cramped on the toilet. With the bidet at the back of the seat it made the hole smaller and the lid pushed even more. On a side note: the plastic seems really cheap for the price but I guess most of the money went toward technology.

We love them. Ever since we visited Japan 4 years ago we wanted one of these. We bought 2 x UB4800 with wireless remotes. The reviews that said it only worked once. We had the same issue using our hands to block the water the first time. Turns out it has a weight sensor after first test use. After that you must be sitting for the bidet to work after that initial test.One week later one of them lost all water pressure. It's like a sad leaky water fountain now. Waiting to see if the second one dies on us before the 30 days are up.
