works as advertised , it made a quick job of my cement patio that has been stained by mineral rich well water from my sprinkler system. My patio looks like cement again after looking very dark and ugly. 1800 PSI will trip paint too so be careful not to blast anything painted that you don't want to remove paint from. I slipped and took a little paint off one of my patio chairs.

Broken after only 2hrs use. No customer service.

After only one year and only used twice, this K3 electric pressure washer is useless. It developed a prolific water leak somewhere out of reach. Customer service is non existent. The customer service number refers caller to website. But website has no information or troubleshooting, and no live person to talk to. I bought Karcher because I believed that it was a quality company. However, $150 investment for about 2 hrs of usage is a little pricey. I won’t buy Karcher product again.
