Not all 2nd Generation Readers Work as they Should!

Square Card Reader 2nd Generation has been inconsistent for me. For our business I have on hand at all times 10 to 12 Square card readers that are each paired with an iPad for our POS. The only time I needed to replace the 1st Generation card reader was when we accidentally dropped one in water! I have 1st Generation readers that I purchased in 2021 that are still properly working every day!The 2nd generation readers have been consistently sketchy in that they will easily pair with an iPad, but then suddenly disconnect throughout the day, sometimes a few times throughout the day. Some readers that I have had for a few weeks or a few months will disconnect and refuse to pair with any iPad. It's been a very frustrating transition and an expensive endeavor.
