Empty White Woven Polypropylene Sandbags

Bought these to block a garage door on a new house we moved into until closing the garage in for a mud room. This is also where we keep the cats little boxes. The bags tore pretty easy and spilled sand into the garage. The cats have decided they liked this little box better. They also decided that they still liked this litter box better even after cleaning up the spilt sand. The neighborhood wild cats also took to the newly established dump depot as we found “presents” left on top of the untorn bags. I now run a portapotty service for the stray cats in our town. This has caused panic when at night going to the kitchen to get a glass of Tuscan Whole Milk 1 gal, 128oz, I find our 2 cats sitting in front of the dining room full length window with between 2 and 27 cats peering back in at them and me. The cats are planning something. Their numbers have been growing. I find our cats moving stealthily during the day throughout the house when I am home at lunch. I have begun to notice electrical things missing such as phone chargers, blenders, etc. One night I even found the tv had been removed from the wall and placed in front of the window displaying just static white noise to an audience of 14 cats. My orange tabby reached over and turned it off quickly then all cats dispearsed. This never would have started if the bags hadn’t torn so easily when we were blocking our garage door.
