Defective on receipt or does not really work as described... but when replaced by Amazon it works great now!

Product does not work as it just streams water but not foam. It must be defective and I have asked for a replacement. Will have to see after the replacement is sent. In the meantime I have bought another type of foam cannon. _____ After getting the replacement, it works well, better than the other Dusichin SFL-001 one I bought. The spray on this does a good 3 to 4 feet wide spray unlike the Dushichin one which sprays about a 6 ft wide spray but is unnecessary as you have to be about a foot away from the car or you will have lots of wasted spray which just goes vertical.

Bottle Nipple Broke Off After 4 Uses

As others have posted, the SPX-FC34 bottle nipple (screw part) that attaches the bottle to the foam cannon shears off easily (see picture) with normal use. The foam cannon works well, but without the bottle, it is not of much use. Sun Joe seems to leave a standard reply on these reviews to contact their customer support at 866-766-9563, however, I have called this number from home, work, and cell, and calls do not go through. I ended up going to the Sun Joe web site and submitting a ticket on-line. Sun Joe's response was to register the product first, before they would attempt to help. To register the product, their web site REQUIRES a serial number, but I could find no serial number on the product. When I submitted the on-line support ticket, I included the Amazon invoice as a PDF to show proof of purchase, and, apparently, this is not good enough for them. I am more than dismayed with Sun Joe's handling of this matter and would recommend you go with another manufacturer's foam cannon for peace of mind, because you will not get this from Sun Joe.
