Pro-LifT F-2315PE Hydraulic Jack: light jack, good case, good jack
By kingf on Reviewed in the United States on August 29, 2024
The "blow molded case" is a cheap case with clips that like to fall off. Duct Tape them (broken or not) and call it good enough. The is super light, and does what it says. There was a good sale, so I bought two of them. Both had no issues lifting my Saturn Vue off the ground multiple times. I had no issues slowly dropping the jack with a 1/4 turn of the handle. I even had one supporting the car for 3 days without loosing any pressure/height. I use a 2x4 block of wood against the frame of the car to spread the load (and give an extra 1.5 inch lift). Like most folks... what I do with a jack most of the time is... store it. With their size and weight, these worked great for that. AND they worked great as jacks when I needed it. NOTE: Both jacks went about a 1/2 inch higher on first use, but all subsequent uses were consistently the same height.
