Once you go bidet, you’ll never go back ...
By Joseph on Reviewed in the United States on October 15, 2016
I can’t comment on the longevity but it feels like a quality bidet. Good construction with metal t-adapter and hose. No plastic t-adapter, vinyl tubing, or incorrect 15/16 sized t-adapter. They even included some plumber’s tape. All that was really needed for install was some basic tools and about 15-20 minutes. My toilet seat works well with this bidet without any modification. The seat just slightly slopes down, but it’s hardly noticeable and doesn’t interfere with the bidet operation at all. The dial feels solid and smooth. There’s no click, you simply turn like you would with a faucet to get the desired water pressure. I prefer this since you can adjust it more precisely. You do have to turn it up enough until the nozzle fully extends then you can turn it down if needed. I originally didn’t think the nozzle cleaning was a necessity, but trust me it is. Definitely get a bidet with the cleaning feature. The only complaint I have is it’ll be a little more tedious to clean the toilet with this attachment on, but for the price I really can’t complain. This is my first bidet and you know what they say. Once you go bidet, you’ll never go back. For me, this has been an exceptional buy and having a bidet is going to be a necessity instead of a luxury from now on. Definitely one of my top buys of the year. UPDATE 1/31/2017 I’ve had zero issues since buying this over 3 months ago and been quite happy with it. Instead of toilet paper which I hardly use now. I’ll wash my bottom with the bidet, gently use a flushable wipe and pat the area dry with a towel. One of reasons why I decided to give it a try despite never using one in my life was because I would occasional have an itchy bottom. Sometimes severe enough to make sleeping difficult. Those problems have been alleviated since I started using a bidet. It does require a bit more cleaning, but to me it is worth it.

I like it more than I thought I would

My home has a septic tank sewage so wet wipes are not really an option. Old fashioned dry paper does not really get the job done. I heard about Bidets and thought I would give it a shot... I must say I'm impressed with how clean and tidy they work. This is my first model I have ever tried or installed and hookup was a snap. Build quality is pretty good except for just a few things. The area on the bidet that the long nylon seat blots go through are visible after installation and are a bit unsightly. I feel they could have done a better job on making that part look better. The control box that extends from the side of the toilet is kind of flimsy. I hope a guest of mine does not try and use it for leverage to try and stand up, I don't think it would hold much weight. As others have mentioned after installation your toilet seat will no longer sit flush on the bowl, you WILL need to purchase bigger seat bumper that extend twice as far as your standard seat bumper. I could not find a bumper from this brand but a competing brand does make big bumpers for just these types of products and it works swimmingly. They really should have included these larger bumpers. Now to my final gripe. I know, I'm a pain. If you have one of those houses where the pressure drops on your shower when you flush the toilet... USER BEWARE. If you have the hot water hooked up and it is hotter than luke warm you may be in for quite a shock if you flush the toilet while using bidet. You will get hot molten lava shot up your nether regions. There really should have been some kind of safety mechanism preventing that in my opinion. now with my griping out of the way. It works well, easy to install. couple weeks in, some final thoughts: I still feel it works well and serves it purpose at this price point. There is one final thing to consider and I believe this is going to be a thing with all these insert type bidets. It adds a bigger gap between your seat and your bowl lid. While you bidet is bidet-ing there is roughly a 1 inch gap between the seat your sitting on and the rim of the bowl. Be aware of that gap as sometimes you might get some "escaped" projectiles.
