I only gave it three stars on easy to install because I had a stereo shop install it. This horn is loud. The button to operate this one is great. Everyone either love it or hates it. But it gives me the sound I was looking for. It’s loud outside of the truck but inside it’s really quiet. It’s useful and it will gain the attention of anyone As soon as you hung. There is no lag no delay the minute you push that button it blows. I did not have it connected to my regular truck horn

Cheap construction, definetly not anywhere near the listed decibels.Bought for my wife's truck to help her cheer at outdoor events. Connected in parallel to the existing horn and the original horn on her truck is at least twice as loud as this one. Horn note is raspy and not clear. Installation was easy enough, except now I'm a little miffed that I drilled holes to install it and immediately removed because of the disappointing sound.
