Great product, truly amazing customer service

This is my first foray into grow tents so I did a bit of research and this brand was supposedly high quality at a reasonable price. I was not disappointed. The metal poles are tough to fit together but once you do they seem very sturdy and form a "+" shape at the top so you can hang lights or whatever from the ceiling. The tent itself is very high quality. The zippers are sturdy and the stitching feels excellent. The tent comes with a removable floor so you can clean up messes easily, and has an indoor pocket for tools and a few windows. For what I paid for it ($52) I think it's excellent. The tent is great but the customer service is truly amazing. My first tent had a small hole in one of the seams and they promptly sent me a replacement for no extra charge. This replacement was actually the wrong size due to a clerical error so they sent me another replacement tent. Most sellers ship replacement parts at snail-mail speeds but not these guys---my tents arrived 3--4 business days after I contacted them. They replied to every single email I sent them within 12 hours. If that wasn't enough, they didn't make me go through a lengthy ordeal for the defective products like some sellers make you do. This company's customer service is the best I've ever experienced; I can't say enough good things about them. Suggestion: the tent is fairly easy to set up but beware the metal poles fit extremely tightly into the tent. I would recommend starting by putting the poles in place near the full-sized wall of the tent before doing the ones by the zip-able door. I initially tried to put the zip-able door in place before fitting the corners in near the wall but this ended up stretching the fabric too much for comfort. When I did it the opposite way it fit much better.

Nice tent if it worked. (Edited because they tried to correct it)

The product looks good until you try to put it together. Then you have problems. The poles are bigger than the tent can handle or better yet the canvas is to small. I am big guy and it is not the problem of leverage. In fact the seam ripped because it could not handle the pressure. I wondered what was happening and checked the dimensions. The poles are bigger than the tent. No way it could fit like it was designed. Guess my vegetables can wait until I can find a box now to fit it in, drive the two hours one way to return, wait until amazon gets it and then get my money back on an item that should have never been shipped with a faulty canvas or poles. Do not care what is wrong with it just know it is not what I expected from iPower or amazon. Did not have this problem from the Vivosun tent I got not long ago. Ipower just had the dimensions I needed. Edit: I was contacted by the seller as you can see so I gave them two extra stars for that. When you order some things on amazon it is not if it can be put right, it is can I fix something that should never have been wrong. Amazon did refund my money and told me to keep the tent because I needed the tent. That was nice since it cost more than the tent to drive to the Lowes ($15-$20 in gas because of where I live and what I drive to pick up the stuff needed), pipes, fittings and then tools to make the cuts that was be needed to fix this tent. I took a lot of the length of the skeleton and it was still to big for the tent. Took time it should not have to get the length, width and height right (length and width was easy after I got the bottom right. The top was easy just take one from the bottom and cut 4 more the same). By the time I was done I had more into it but a tent that could be used (even though it does have the light leaks I did expect). It was a nice offer to correct it and they do have a two year warranty yet it is a grow tent and plants wait on no one. In fact my wife told me the herbs were starting to look bad (got it for indoor herb garden for my wife) and we needed one now. I found out after reading more of the reviews that it was an issue with some people on the skeleton. This might have been just my bad luck but should never need to be lucky. Trying to correct the issue was nice yet as stated some things can not be corrected with a replacement. They need to be corrected at the time. They offered to send me another one and that would be nice but amazon did do some to correct the issue in the time frame (right then) I had. Still out more money than the other tent without the issues would have cost and still out way more time than I allotted to do this but I do have a tent that works now.
