These light bulbs are perfect for the gloomy weather we have in Oregon. This product brightens up the interior of the rooms of my home. As stated, they fit in any standard light fixture. I have them in all my lightening and several have not lasted longer than a year. For me that isn't a problem because my home is bright and cheerful during the rainy months. I only purchase when the price is considerably lower, and I stock up!

Failed after 2 years of very intermittent use

Installed one of the two in a lamp in a room which was used very infrequently. Turned it on today and it flashed constantly, fast enough to possibly cause a seizure. Not my idea of serenity. Lamp works fine with a new bulb, so that isn't the issue. Surprised an LED bulb has such a short lifespan. The other one is still going in a different but also infrequently used lamp. Will update when that fails.
