The falling effect is my favorite. It looks great coming down the side of our wide brick chimney. Being able to change the color combo and mode is nice for variety. The freezing temperature didn't seem to affect it's performance. Theses lights have a softer look than projectors with lasers and the dots on the perimeter are a little dimmer.
