Franke FWDJ75 3/4 Hp Disposer 2

My plumber installed the unit until it was time to connect it to other parts and we were missing this tiny elbow. It was supposed to be in the package, but guess what, not there. After a phone call or two, Franke referred us to Joneca, the manufacturer of this tiny part. Well, after providing the same information such as date of purchase, serial number etc., it will be another 10 days for us to get the part. Meanwhile, no sink and no dishwasher connection. As far as I am concerned, Franke's customer service sucks. It is never a good idea to bounce your customer to your supplier. I am sure this is not a first time this part was missing. Franke could have had them on hand to ship them over night to keep customers happy but that doesn't seem to be the case. As to the product itself, stay tuned on that!
